Shipping
Time

We will generally ship within one business
day of receiving your order.

Most orders will be sent UPS.
·
Manufacturer direct orders or out of
stock items may require additional time for
processing. If product will not be shipped within one business
day you will be notified by email with an estimated
shipping date.
Return
Policy
**Before making a return please contact
us for a RGA number.
No product will be accepted without the
RGA Number on the outside of the box.

Merchandise may be returned in original
condition for a refund within 14
days after receipt of order.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
·
Shipping charges are not refundable.
·
Special Order items may not be returned.
·
Electrical items may not be returned.
·
Shipping Damage – If package is noticeably
damaged, please refuse to accept it from the
carrier or make note of damages when you sign. If you accept a package that was damaged by the carrier or if the damage
is internal and not visible contact the carrier
within 2 days of receiving the damaged product.
·
Defective Products – If a product ordered
proves to be defective please notify us immediately. Please do not ship it back without first contacting
us and receiving a RGA number and instructions. Defective products will be tested if needed
and we will ship a non-defective replacement
at our expense. After 30 days only the manufacturer’s warranty
stands. We
will be happy to give you the contact information.
–If a product that is shipped back proves
to be non-defective the 25% restocking fee will
be charged as well as expenses incurred for
shipping.

Wrong Products – If we make a mistake and mail you the wrong
product we will give you a complete refund (including
shipping and handling charges) and will send
you the correct item.
–If you
make a mistake and order the wrong item we will
help you correct it as quickly as possible. Contact us as soon as you notice the mistake
for instructions on returning the product.
If a new order for the correct item has
been placed then you will be only be charged
a 15% restock fee the first time. If you order incorrectly a second time then a 25% restock fee will
be charged.
(This will help us eliminate the few
customers who want to “try” multiple items)

Customers
must contact us before returning a product and
we will give you a RGA number and instructions
on how and where to mail the return. Items returned to us without a RGA number on the outside of the
box will
be not be accepted.
